Terms & Conditions

You will receive the number of treatments as defined by your selected Skin Society plan.
These treatments are not transferable and cannot be refunded.
Membership payments will not be refunded due to early termination or failure to notify cancellation in writing to hello@shapestudio.co.nz.
Your treatment schedule will be determined by your skin therapist during your first appointment and no changes can be made to the membership once commenced.
Additional treatments can be purchased at your Skin Society discounted rate.
Shape Studio Limited reserves the right to change membership terms and conditions from time to time. New terms will be posted on our website and available in-clinic.
Shape Studio Limited may cancel or revoke a membership at any time for any reason.
Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared between individuals.

A deposit is required to secure your Skin Society membership. The deposit is payable in-clinic.
Upon registration, you will be charged a one off $6.90 establishment fee and a 3.6% ex GST transaction fee each time you are debited.
If a direct debit or credit card payment fails, a processing fee of $6.90 will be charged, and your Skin Society entitlements will be suspended until paid.
Members are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in their account to cover the ongoing membership fee.

For early termination due to hardship, a written notification must be sent to hello@shapestudio.co.nz at least one (1) month in advance.
A minimum commitment of 6 months is required before any standard cancellation requests will be accepted.
Cancellation of membership will not be accepted through our website or if requested via a therapist or staff member.

Perks are applicable only to Skin Society members and are only valid for the duration of your plan.
They cannot be exchanged for other services, products, or given to others.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Discounts are only available on full-priced treatments and products. If already discounted, the lesser of the two prices will apply.
